New Employee Announcement: Amy Rodgers

We are thrilled to welcome Amy Rodgers to our team as our first Administrative Support Associate!  Amy brings a wealth of experience in customer service, banking, and higher education. She spent nearly a decade at Wilmington College, where she assisted students and parents with financial aid, billing, and registration, providing guidance and support throughout their college journey. Her ability to communicate effectively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment makes her a fantastic addition to our organization.

During her tenure at Wilmington College, she worked with a wide variety of students from: traditional, non-traditional, and international.   “I am very excited to be part of The Chatfield Edge team and look forward to assisting students” commented Amy.

Robert Elmore, President/Executive Director said, “With a strong background in customer relations and administrative support, Amy is dedicated to delivering excellent service and fostering positive experiences.  We are please she joined our team and look forward to working with her.”

Amy will provide administrative support for the Development and Program Services functions of The Chatfield Edge to enhance organizational efficiency and information management.
