Welcoming Our Newest Staff Member

We are pleased to welcome Amy Rodgers to our team as our first Administrative Support Associate. Amy brings a wealth of experience in customer service, banking, and higher education. During her tenure at Wilmington College, she served students at the Student One Stop Center, assisting with class schedules, financial aid, and other campus-related questions.
Amy will provide administrative support for the Development and Program Services functions of The Chatfield Edge to enhance organizational efficiency and information management. Please join us in welcoming Amy to our mission of empowering and accompanying students as they transform their lives through the pursuit of post-high school education.
We Appreciate Our Volunteers

April’s National Volunteer Month is just around the corner. We are especially grateful for our volunteer mentors who give their time freely to encourage and guide our scholars along their educational journey.
When Kelly Watson stepped down from her role as Development Director for The Chatfield Edge to care for her aging parents, she wanted to remain part of our mission and the 180-year-old legacy of the Ursuline Sisters of Brown County who started Chatfield.
Now, as a volunteer mentor with The Chatfield Edge, Kelly hopes to build on the Ursuline legacy by walking with students in a non-judgmental way that keeps them moving toward their goals.
“I can really empathize with the crooked path to and through college and know firsthand how I benefitted from having a mentor check in with me when I was struggling in college,” Kelly said.
