The Chatfield Edge Announces Christina Mullis as Director of Development

LOVELAND, OH — February 2026 — The Chatfield Edge is pleased to announce that Christina Mullis has been appointed Director of Development. A mission-driven education and nonprofit leader, Mullis brings extensive experience in fundraising, donor engagement, recruitment, marketing, and organizational leadership.

“Christina’s ability to connect with people and organizations is exceptional,” said Robert Elmore, President of The Chatfield Edge. “She articulates the need for support in a way that inspires action and directly strengthens our mission to help students. Her depth of nonprofit experience—as well as her skills, drive, and passion—make her a perfect fit for this leadership role. We are very pleased she is re-joining the team.”

Mullis previously served at Chatfield College as Director of Admissions and Marketing, where she led key recruitment, brand, and digital strategy initiatives while contributing to donor engagement efforts. A first-generation college graduate, she holds an MBA from Franciscan University of Steubenville and a BA in Communication Arts from Xavier University.
